Mountain Weather Changes Quickly

The weather in the mountains can change really fast. Here's side of a mountain, near the Kite Lake hike. One moment it was sunny and clear sky, and the next it's dense fog that rolls over the hills, and right onto your feet. A few minutes later you couldn't see 10ft in front of you. It got cold, dark, and wet. When high up in the mountains, remember to prepare for the unexpected.
